Neil became a regional analyst in 2007 following 5 years working on ONS social surveys. During this time he worked on the Labour Force and National Statistics Omnibus Surveys, the 2007 Census Test Evaluation and the Employment, Retention and Advancement Demonstration. Neil holds a degree in Sociology and a Masters degree in Social Research Methods.
