Regional Trends 40
The 40th edition of Regional Trends pulls together a wide range of statistics comparing and contrasting the regions of England and countries of the United Kingdom. The latest edition includs three articles about Neighbourhood Statistics in the constituent countries of the UK, using benefits data to explore changes in deprived areas and use of classifications to compare places. The press release for the South East highlights the wage gap between males and females in the region, whilst the national press release concentrates on environmental issues.
Further regional and sub-regional tables which complement the Regional Trends publication have also been published on the Regional Snapshot pages of the National Statistics website; in some instances these include more than one time period and many of the tables contain sub-regional data.
