  • MKi Logo The MKi Observatory is run by the MKi team of Milton Keynes Council. The site is a one-stop-shop for information about the health and future growth of Milton Keynes and the South Midlands.

    The site is built around a sophisticated Knowledge Management System. Data analysis tools enable users to define their own catchments, and to thematically map and graph results. A fully functional GIS facility provides users access to spatial information. Read our introduction page to find out how the site works.

    • Questionnaire for Research on Local Information Systems

      The Department for Communities and Local Government are conducting a questionnaire as part of a research project to investigate the way users of local information systems benefit from the data and statistics the systems provide. The Milton Keynes intelligence Observatory is featured as one of the local information systems in the questionnaire.

      The questionnaire consists of nine short questions. The information obtained from this study will be analysed and used to generate guidelines to improve local information systems. If you wish to take part in this questionnaire or require further information please click on the link below:
